Thormy's Thoughts..
(Catchy, huh?)
26/02/2006 12:26:53 pm
We got hammered by Scunthorpe, despite taking the lead though Justin Cochrane. The defence was at sea, the midfield just couldn't retain the ball and the striker's shots were terrible. The only player to come out of the game with any respect was Jason Brown, who did a decent job in goal. But Danny Spiller..
Danny Spiller's performance was summed up by a bloke near me whose every other word was 'effing', or 'Spiller'. Danny Spiller cannot pass the ball long, he has little or no composure and failed to convert despite laying face down with the ball underneath him, a yard from the line.
In other news, my under 16 side is top of the league \o/
Now I'm going to stick on FM and go out a bit later. I have a losing streak with Palarse to turn around..
That is all.
25/02/2006 12:47:48 pmYou've got to love the colour scheme..
Expect to find a helping of verbal diarrhea here every visit, to brighten up your day. I can't promise anything posted will be coherant, funny or stimulating, but it should at least be a bit interesting
Off to Gills in a minute. We're currently languishing above the relegation zone, but there's so many teams down the bottom I don't think we're in any immediate danger.
Today we host Scunthorpe, who are without Billy Sharp, who has 20 goals to his name this season. Yay! We have our own problems though, Jarvis, Harris and Byfield are all out, although there's a chance Harris will make an early return. I hope not, he might be our second top scorer but he's awfully fat.
Right, I have to go and get ready in a minute, so here's my prediction:
Gillingham 1-1 Scunthorpe. Gills haven't won in seven whereas Scunthorpe haven't won away in about the same amount of games. And with both team's without their top scorers, it might end up being a defensive battle.
In other news, it's Saturday, which is great because it means tommorow is Sunday. These are the days I don't go to school, in case you didn't know
So have fun today, whatever you do or whoever you are. Unless I don't like you, of course..
That is all.
06/06/2005 5:09:36 pmI haven't written in this for a while.
Well the Gills went down
Ternant left, but now we have Neale Cooper (Vampire Man!).
Hopefully we're going back up
And start reading my story, What If..., in the story forum. Please.
Ta ta for now.
04/04/2005 12:28:30 pmWell here I go, I havn't written here for a while, I don't know why.
Over the weekend I actually did quite a lot, although I didn't have a match so Sunday was a lay in
Gills snatched a draw at Preston, through a late Paul Smith header. That was after the ball hit the post and went in off Jason Brown to give PNE the lead. We're back in the relegation zone, but it's so tight down at the bottom a win could pull us straight back out.
18/02/2005 6:10:32 pmI just accidently deleted my last two blog entries. But I doubt anyone read them anyway. I won a game today, after winning Keir's comp
And Krystomary returned

17/02/2005 11:31:44 amWell it's been a while hasn't it
This half term I feel like nothing has been accomplished, and that's a great feeling. It's been very relaxing, and there's still some more of it to come
I don't really know what to put in blog, everyone has put pictures in there's. Is that the cool thing?
Well anyway, I think I'll just write down what I'm thinking
Chars

26/01/2005 8:19:47 pmNew Feature...
Well congratulations to Ibrox Legend who won the plane trip to Turkmenistan. We won't be seeing him in a while
I will think of something new and exciting to put on here soon btw

News Flash (again)
About an hour ago I left for Turkmenistan, where I discovered some shocking evidence of the crooked dealings Yegnold undertakes:
Yegnold spotted selling cheap mud.
Just one of the rocks I bought of Yegnold undercover
The roots of Ed's.. interest
Flying back to Turkmenistan
This is surely sufficient evidence of his wrong-doings.
Competition time !
If you want to win a trip to Turkmenistan then PM your picture of Ed behaving badly to me, aswell as the answer to this simple question:
If I were to be touching your leg, what body part of yours would I be touching:
A) Your leg
B) Not your leg.
Good Luck
14/12/2004 4:50:52 pmNews Flash !
I have uncovered an evil scheme being created by Ed (Yegnold) in order to steal people's bananas and christmas lights. It is a shocking revelation which will surely see the closure of his blog (

)
It turns out that every visit to Ed's blog is recorded, and he tracks down the victims location. Then, at night, when all is dark, he pounces. Falling down the chimney he creeps towards the food bowl and steals all bananas in the vercinity. Then, making a rocket ship out of near-by Christmas lights, he flies away, back to his evil lair.
It is not yet clear as to what he uses the bananas for, but it is expected that his lair is brightly lit by flashing snowmen and multicoloured lights. I have also discovered he can be found somewhere in Turkmenistan, selling rocks and mud.
So in closing, don't visit his blog if you care for your bananas and Christmas lights. And don't buy mud of any strange looking men in Turmenistan...
Thank you and goodnight.
The above story may not be actually true, although it has more credibility than Ibrox Legend's tribal football 'stories' 11/12/2004 2:40:56 pm
Well, there's just 14 days, 2 weeks, until Crimbo. A fortnight and then I can open all my presents. Yay
